I consider myself extremely fortunate that every day I get the chance to do what I love. I treasure the relationships I have with my clients, and I feel incredibly honored to be trusted with capturing their most important moments.
Boudoir photography brings that trust to a whole other level. It takes courage to walk into a studio and take your clothing off in front of someone you barely know. Women often come to my studio to create a unique and personal gift for someone who is important to them. I'm so excited to help them create that gift. But I'm not photographing these sessions for their partners - I'm doing it for them.
As women, we hear that we're not young enough, thin enough, pretty enough. I don't think that's true. The first time my boudoir clients see their images, no retouching has been done yet. I do this because when they say, "I look amazing! You must have already enhanced these," I want to be able to honestly say to them that I haven't touched their images yet. They really are that beautiful.
And I think as a client, that's the most important thing you need to know about me. I want you to have an amazing, wonderful experience; and boudoir photography is my vehicle for that.
Were you hoping for a few more details about me? I live in Greensboro, NC with three very energetic dogs and my incredibly romantic husband who is also my best friend. I grow orchids really well, but I'm not able to keep any other plant alive. I go to zumba and yoga classes every week, even though I'm one of the least coordinated people I know.
